Penny’s Pretty Paws understands that life gets busy and appointments sometimes get forgotten which is why reminders get sent out 48 hours in advance! In the case that your appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours, there will be a charge of 50% of the appointment price. If cancellation or rescheduling happens day of, there will be a FULL price charge. Fees will be waived with exceptions.

If you and your pup are running behind please give us a call or text to let us know! Late fees are not applied if we are notified and arrival time is no later than 15 minutes past appointment time. If we are not aware that you will be late, there will be a late fee of $1 per minute. ANY arrivals past 20 minutes of appointment time will be rescheduled and charged. We understand that it may be an inconvenience, but late starts lead to being behind schedule which is not fair to pups with later appointments.

If you aren’t able to pick up your pup right away, there’s no rush. We send out 30 minute heads up texts so please let us know if you aren’t able to make it right away. Penny’s Pretty Paws currently does not have daycare and being one-on-one we try to keep all our attention on one pup at a time, but if you are running a few minutes behind we have a comfy dog bed for them to hang out with us while they wait!
