What we’re about
Penny’s Pretty Paws wants the grooming experience to go from feeling like a chore to something the pups look forward to! We provide a one-on-one service that makes each dog a priority. It is super important to us to have a space where your dog doesn’t need to worry about other dogs around them or waiting in kennels for hours at a time. WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?
We know the worry that goes in with leaving your pup at the groomers so we wanted to provide a space that feels cozy and inviting. So not only you, but your little pup can fully enjoy the service! We offer a one-on-one service so your dog is the only one being worked on, meaning they are done start to finish and no waiting in kennels!! In doing so, this helps us to build a better relationship with your pup and gain more trust. Making it less stressful for everyone!
How do I book an appointment?

Please note that a credit card must be put on file before an appointment is completely booked. It is solely a precaution to enforce our cancellation policy.
Are there any forms I need to fill out?
Yes there is! Before your first visit with us you will fill out a membership form and sign a release waiver. There are a few other forms to sign in certain circumstances but those will be given out at the appointment if needed :) Please view the Contact Us page to be sent the initial forms!
How long do appointments take?
Every appointment is different so finishing times may differ. Size, coat condition, and temperament can affect the timing. Appointments are approximately 1.5-4 hours. You can ask when booking what the estimated time slot for your pup would be!
Please note that we do give 30 minute heads up texts or calls so you can arrive when your pup is all done!
How is pricing determined?
Pricing varies on size and coat condition. You can see more on the Services page!
What are your policies?
We have very strict cancellation and late arrival policies. Please look at our Policies page for more info!
Do I need to show proof of vaccines?
Yes! Before we can get started on the groom we do have to see proof of up to date Distemper, Parvovirus, and Rabies vaccines. These could be forms you bring in before the appointment or you can have the vet email them over to us.
